Our online run club sets three weekly runs, programmed with distinct themes, work/rest intervals etc you to tick off throughout the week.
Every Sunday we have a Zoom class scheduled at 11AM to run through (pun intended) the way everyone should approach sessions. Plus we lay out some skills and drills to make your running more efficient.
NB: This is not a run meet up. Runs to be completed in your government-issued daily exercise time
