A 30-minute mobility class that will lead you, step-by-step, to improved range and function across key areas of the body. The format of the class includes a brief test and retest, in key positions relevant to working out, so you can check in on progress made.

Then we will work on exercises to develop new range, before finally and most importantly strengthening your control through the new found range.  Similar to the Spider Man/Peter Parker principle, we use the saying that with new found range, comes great responsibility.

Weekly themes will cover Ankles, Hips, Low Back, Thoracic Spine and developing improved Overhead Positions to make sure time at the desk doesn’t affect time away from the desk.
