The purpose of Shapesmiths vinyasa yoga is to use the breath to align the body and mind. You’ll develop a stronger mind-body connection and grow in strength and flexibility.  This class is totally accessible to beginners and regular yogi’s alike!

The class may be dynamic and focus on strengthening postures, or it may be a slower flow with an emphasis on mobility and flexibility in the spine or the hips. Classes are 730PM on Tuesdays (from w/c 27th July 2020 onwards)
